Builder-first
Every feature ships with a builder ROI rationale. If it doesn't measurably help the builder sell, close, or operate, it doesn't make the roadmap.
Honest by default
AI that cites sources, owns errors, and refuses to bluff. Rules made visible and reasonable, with a clear path to change the ones that don't fit.
Lifecycle, not silos
Sales, construction, HOA, and resident ops are one continuous arc, on one system, not three vendors stitched together.
§ 04 / The origin
Founded after a foreclosure notice
that never should have existed.
Vestra was founded after firsthand experience with the practices this industry has normalized: a foreclosure attempt over a few hundred dollars. No phone call, no knock, no notice that meant anything. The takeaway wasn't a grievance. It was a market thesis: the same incentive structure that pits neighbors against each other also damages the builders selling into those communities, and a modern AI platform can replace it entirely.
