This site collects very little, and this page says exactly what. It is written in plain language on purpose. Effective July 10, 2026.

§ 01 / What we collect

Only what you hand us

If you submit the demo-request form, we receive what you typed: your name, work email, company, community size, and lifecycle stage. If you email us, we receive your email. The site also stores one preference in your own browser: your light-or-dark theme choice. That value never leaves your device.

We do not run advertising trackers, analytics cookies, or fingerprinting on this site today. If that changes, this page changes first.

§ 02 / How we use it

To answer you, and nothing sneaky

Form submissions and emails are used to respond to you, schedule the demo you asked for, and keep a record of the conversation. We do not sell your information. We do not add you to a marketing list you didn't ask for.

§ 03 / Who else touches it

Two service providers, no data brokers

Form submissions travel through a form-to-email relay (FormSubmit) to reach our inbox, and the site itself is served by our hosting provider. Both process data only to deliver those services. No data brokers, no resale, no third-party advertising.

§ 04 / How long we keep it

As business correspondence

Inquiries are kept as ordinary business correspondence so we have the context when you become a customer. Ask us to delete yours and we will, unless we are required to keep it.

§ 05 / Your choices

Ask, and we act

Email gregg@vestra.homes to see, correct, or delete what we hold about you. The theme preference lives in your browser's storage; clear it there any time.

§ 06 / Children

Not for kids

This site is for builders, boards, and homeowners. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

§ 07 / The product is separate

Platform data gets its own contract

When a community runs on the Vestra platform, resident and association data is governed by the service agreement and platform privacy terms that come with it, not by this website policy.

§ 08 / Changes and contact

Posted here, dated
