These terms cover your use of vestra.homes, the marketing site. They are short because the site is simple. Effective July 10, 2026.

§ 01 / What this covers

The website, not the platform

Vestra is an early-stage company building community operations software. This site describes the product and lets you request a demo. Use of the Vestra platform itself is governed by a separate service agreement signed with your builder or association, not by this page.

§ 02 / Using the site

Be a good neighbor here too

You may browse, read, and share links freely. You may not attack the site, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, scrape it at abusive volume, submit forms with someone else's identity, or use the content to mislead others about what Vestra offers.

§ 03 / Our content

The words and marks are ours

The Vestra name, the book mark, Karen, and the content of this site belong to Vestra. Quote it with attribution; don't pass it off as yours or use our marks to imply endorsement without written permission.

§ 04 / Product statements

We label what's real

We mark what works today, what is designed, and what is coming. Those labels are honest at the time of writing, and they are descriptions of a product in motion, not contractual commitments. The features your community actually receives are defined in its service agreement.

§ 05 / Our pledge

One sentence we stand behind

Our pledge, including that we will never make money off a neighbor's misfortune, is the operating principle of this company. How it binds in a given community is written into that community's service agreement.

§ 06 / No warranties, limited liability

The site is provided as-is

We work to keep this site accurate and available, and we do not guarantee either. To the maximum extent the law allows, Vestra is not liable for damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

§ 07 / Governing law

North Carolina

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, where Vestra's first communities live.
